Anyone have a value on a E96 Proof ?

Pat Quinn is a hobby legend who goes back to at least the 1970's. But as I said in previous threads, the term "proof" is kicked around far too casually, and most of the time it is used incorrectly. Since there are notebook covers known that picture E96's, that is what this most likely is.
