Do you mean Charles Ferguson? He was a switch-hitter for the Phillies (Quakers) and was pictured on the N172 Old Judge set (among others).

Bob Ferguson...the player/manager of Troy has the one of the best nicknames in baseball history..."Death to Flying Things"
