Staining on Caramel Cards - Grade ? or Leave Raw

Do the grading companies automatically downgrade cards when the candy cards have a stain ? I am thinking about sending this one in but if it is already destined for a low grade, I may consider leaving it a raw card. Your thoughts are appreciated.

I recently picked up this E95 card.
