Obviously, another scammer skirting the reprint rules. Upon receipt of my very valuable Market King tobacco card, it does appear to be printed on older photo paper--but photo paper none the less. The back Market King tobacco insignia is green dot matrix or inkjet printed. REALLY high quality stuff. Yeah right. Just take a look at some of the others that he'd sold........
