I figured I'd google BASEBALL SUPPLEMENT in an attempt to help identify the Nap Rucker premium shown in another thread. I quickly learned that the term has taken on a much different meaning in this day and age.

Where the term once referred to premiums from magazines such as The Sporting News, The Baseball Magazine, The Boston Herald, and The Boston Post etc., now the term is closely associated with nutritional supplements, bodybuilding, and steroids.

A sign of the times...there is no escaping from "The Steroid Era."
