Personally, I like random thoughts now and then, so do not get all worked up over peter’s posts. life is too short for that. I do not think people should be able to post anything- ex., I would hope people here would have enough sense not to post OMG, did u see what happened on American Idol (or whatever show’s hot today- don’t watch much TV). If someone posts something related to the hobby (business ideas for example- even if they may not succeed), that is okay w/me. I know when I first came to this board (years and years before I actually registered), I did not have much pre war knowledge (and sadly, no scans to prove my worth). However, the board made me feel welcome when I eventually posted an intro and I have learned quite a lot, even though I mainly lurk. Even when I do not agree w/someone- or just do not have an interest in their particular post- I always try to learn something.
