Default T206's and T205's

Hello Jay,

Nice collection. A lot depends on how badly you need the money. If you need the money, grading the Hall-of-Famers before selling is definately the way to go. But if you start paying fees to have the cards graded you will probably start selling them to recoop grading fees. Soon you will have the money, but the collection that your father-in-law gave you will be gone.

If you don't need the money, why don't you consider keeping them as they are for a bit. Visit our site and read the posts on t-cards and learn about them over time. Check out other sites that tell about the history of the old players. You may find that you will fall in love with a great hobby. You already have the foundation of a great collection and you may find that you would like to add to your collection instead of selling it off. In any case, the cards that you own are not going to go down in value.

What ever you decide best of luck and thanks for sharing your collection with us.

Best wishes,

Joe
