1933 goudey babe ruth reprint or not?

I am fooled by Goudey's than any other Issues. The originals can look like fakes and vice versa. Comparison is the key.

I read the riot act to some poor seller for selling me a fake that came back graded!(I profusely appologized, he was very gracious.)

The mug on the right is graded.
