Aaron CowanI recently purchased two snapshots obtained through eBay which someone bought at an estate sale. The pictures are of players in a rare St Louis Cardinals uniform. The Cardinals wore this uniform following there 1926 WS win and the uniform says "Worlds Champions" and has the singular bird on the bat. I've determined through high-res scans that there is an "s" at the end of "World" on the jersey. What I haven't been able to do is pinpoint who is pictured. (I'm sorry for the small picture but I will also be posting one at my photobucket site.) I believe that Jim Bottomley is pictured on the far left. If anyone can held shed light on who else might be picture this would be greatly appreciated!! I have searched all the names of 1926/27 rosters and looking at pictures I have and cannot find anyone resembling the other two players. I could be completely wrong about Bottomley too! Again, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
