I bought a Gold Medal Dizzy Dean from him for +/-$250.00 with postage and insurance...My secretary signed for it but she didnt notice that the card was not in the envelope. I emailed Powell and let him know of the problem in order to start the resolution process...he told me that my secretary probably stole it and I should have my packages sent to my house from now on (nice customer service)...I ignored his acusation and calmly asked him to send me the insurance receipt...eventually I discovered that he insured a $250 card for only $100 and I was out the difference. He will not return emails and I have resolved myself to being the loser in 'the deal'. A more surly and uncooperative seller I have not had to deal with. I have little patience and no respect for these types...I just wish I could be there when Kharma pays him back. |
