T202 Cobb/Jennings middle photo

The T202 Triple Folder with Cobb/Jennings and Cobb sliding into 3rd is so classic. This is, perhaps, the most famous of all Cobb photo's.

When was the historic photo taken (year)? And is the card the first "commercial" use of the photo? Finally, Is this particular card recognized as the most treasured/valuable/desireable of all T202's?
