Legitimately, the consignor had no reason to disclose once this auction was live. He states he e-mailed Mile High on the 23rd and contacted legal counsel on the 27th so as to help in the cards return. His focus changed from selling the card to getting it pulled from the auction and getting it returned (no need for disclosure at that point). |
