Does anyone know the origin of the differentiation between home and away jerseys? Someone asked, and all I could come up with was that home jerseys were cleaner, more colorful and brighter so that the home players would look heroic, and the visitors were dingier and darker so they would look evil, but I doubt that's right. Thanks!!
