Why Aren't More Higher Grades Posted?

My guess is this would be about 100k in an SGC84 or SGC88 holder....but for 1/4 of that I got it and am very happy to have the extra money to pay the collection agency folks always calling me...Would pointed corners really make it 75k more valuable? I guess to many it would...
