54 Aaron trimmed? I know not vintage, but...

54 Aaron trimmed? I know not vintage, but...

looks like it is trimmed on the right side. You can usually tell by comparing the sides. Is one smoother than the others if you glide your finger along the surface of the sides? Is one side lighter in terms of color? And what are the exact measurements of the card?
