Feedback Please on Team Issues

I am looking for informati9on on team issue sets, specifically 1947 Padres Team Issue and 1930 White Sox Team Issue. Were these just issued in those specific cities or regular issue cards. Have never seen one and wondering if any one person has knowledge of them. Thank You
