I had State Farm before switching to the CIA policy (which is Hartford, BTW). State Farm was a thorough pain in the ass. I had to schedule every card, they messed up the descriptions frequently even though I gave them excel schedules that they could import, and the cost was more than the CIA policy.

Can't say for Chubb w/r/t collectibles, but I've tangled in the past with them on coverage for construction defect cases and they were pretty bad on those.
