Zeenut grading question

..on some supposed EXMT to NM 1911 Zeenuts. the ones that "Dodgerdude" is claiming came from Gus Zernials collection. lots of unadvertised creases and what sure looks like marks from attempts to spoon out creases. Very self-righteous seller won't budge (says as a power-seller he has no obligation to accept returns, has 30 yrs. experience, already paid his "client", too busy with his real job, etc..etc..)
