Rules for Purchase:
1. Emails have priority over posts.
2. Emails have priority in the order received.
3. Only e-mails stating firm commitment to purchase will reserve the card.
4. Scans are provided on the referenced website.
5. Prices are for payment by check or money order and include shipping (but not insurance). If using Paypal please add 3% service charge.
6. On purchases over $100 I recommend insurance. Insurance is at the buyer’s expense. The risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon mailing.
7. Personal checks must clear before shipping.
8. 14 day full refund return privilege.
9. Trade offers will be considered.
