Cy, you can't actually believe what you wrote? You are right timing is important, but to say that strength has absolutely no affect on athletic performence is ludicrous.
Jay, I think it is a huge stretch to compare increased training and diet to steroids, anabolic steroids is an unfair advantage that people taking it have. I won't even get into the side-effects of the drugs they are taking. Both of your guys' arguments are rediculous, and to be totally honest I can't really believe anybody actually thinks the way you do Cy.
