Shipping prices from Auction companies

All the love isn't free from mastro. They've got lots of mouths to feed and shipping AND HANDLING is one way to do it. Also, Lew packs reasonably while the folks at Mastro are into astounding overkill. I've actually received single cards packed in 1-foot square boxes and taped between multiple sheets of cardboard with enough peanuts to feed an elephant. That takes a lot of time to put together.
