This year's special project form SABR publicatios for its members is a book titled "Deadball Stars of the National League". This is an incredible 370 page book broken down by team with tons of pictures and great reading. If you were not a member this past year, you can still buy this book for thru SABR $24.95 plus shipping. If you were a member, you got this book for free. The American League edition is slated for 2006.

It's books like these and the email lists that make the $50 it costs to join SABR more than worth the money. http://sabr.org
