I'm sure we've all experienced that thrill when receiving a card and realizing just how nice it is even compared to the listing/catalogue or ad. I just got my first really good look at an N150 John L. Sullivan I recently purchased. It has to be one of the best 19th century photo cards I've ever seen, right down to the detail on the lines of his jacket and the hairs on his head. The clarity, even under a magnifier, is just fantastic.

With all the BS we bring up about collecting, it's really great sometimes to get something that lives up to its billing and takes your breath away.
