I can say positive things...

I was very pleased with customer interaction at SGC, Mastro, Lipset, Teletrade and Verkman. SGC and Mastro were especially helpful in locating shipping information for me. The only other auction house I have dealt with is Festberg.

And I just spoke with Jim at SportsCardsPlus (not the guy I dealt with before) and he seems very reasonable. I guess he caught me on a bad day - just too many deadbeat sellers and buyers recently and I'm ready for a few normal, smooth transactions.
