Need help identifying a 1965 card. Possibly a salesman sample?

I think it is unlikely that McBean is part of a salesman sample with Blasingame.

Blasingame is on the row with Harper, Koonce, Knoop, Conigliaro etc. while McBean is part of the row containing AL strikout leaders, Camilli, Wilson, etc.
