Default A Salute to the Community

So this story is going to center around Rob (robw1959) but I would be remiss if I didn't mention Karthik (seablaster), Sonny (stutor), Bob (B O'Brien) and James (griffon512). We have an amazing community here.

Back in March Luke posted a T206 WaJo (HAC) for sale. Instead of pouncing I shuffled my feet, sent an offer, and ultimately missed out as the card sold within a few minutes of posting. Shortly thereafter I put up a WTB post looking for another WaJo. No bites. Today, on a whim, I bumped that thread back up and to my utter surprise the aforementioned Rob responded that he had in fact purchased the original WaJo and was willing to part ways with it. Instead of holding my feet to the fire and extracting every last dollar he offered me the card at cost. I am continuously amazed at the generosity and thoughtfulness of the members of this board. Instead of trying to find some high minded conclusion to this post I will let Rob's words speak for themselves - "I really like the card, but based on your posts, I think you would maybe appreciate it even more than me. The price is Luke's same asking price".

Net54, I salute you.

Adam.
