I am also currently in the process of trying to complete the set.
I have noticed the exact same thing as you. Some just seem impossible to find. I have no idea how they were printed. 72 different transfers would lead to many possible sheet sizes if they were printed in sheets. I had the same issue a few years ago with the 1966 rub offs. There was a group of 20 that were much more difficult to find. Mike
