Making changes, and answering a few questions …
Sorry, guys, never thought of updating the list on this older post. Just did so, as the list is now down to 105 needed to complete a set as Howe would have known it.
As for backs, they would either be Piedmont, Old Mill or Hindu. Those were the three brands sold at McCormick/Howe Mercantile. Good idea about posting the backs. There are two different one and I’ll post when I get home. I’m in a grocery store parking lot right now, so can update again in about an hour. Again, thanks to everyone on board for all the help in the past 20 years trying to reassemble Howe’s collection in one way or another.
