I have collected mostly Reds, but I get bored and redirect.
Right now my wife wants me to cut way way back on collecting since our kids are at that age where they cost a lot of money due to sports, growing out of clothes, etc. So now I'm trying to move to cheaper items. I don't want to collect base cards, boring. I'm thinking I will collect Griffey relic cards. They are still relatively cheap. Tris Speaker (but sold off many items) Ernie Lombardi Lou Gehrig Stan Musial Barry Larkin Joey Votto Ken Griffey Jr I really think the 1939 season and it's connection to the HOF is cool.
