Default 1939 Card Collectors Bulletins Run - Unknown Issues

I have been collecting the Card Collectors Bulletins for a while now. The very first ones, from 1937 and 1938 are super rare and still missing from the collection (I have copies but that is it.)
That said it seems there are no numbers 192 and 200? Does anyone have one or has anyone seen one of those? I know that at least 1 number was printed 2x, as I have them.
Several publication collectors I have corresponded with have also never seen them and need them for their collections. I am curious if they were ever printed? Thanks in advance!

And one the only real pictures I have seen of Mr. Burdick.
