Would you trust a GAI-slabbed sealed pack?

Would you trust a GAI-slabbed sealed pack?

So there's an ultra-rare 1970s test issue sealed wax pack I'm into but it's authenticated by GAI. I know their grading is considered bottom of the barrel, but can they be trusted on the legitimacy of a sealed pack?
