Default Dealt with eBay buyer who damaged their own card?

I recently sold a modern card on eBay. Nothing high dollars, it was for $80. I posted clear photos of the front and back. No damage in either photo because there was no damage to my card.

Guy buys it and then messages me asking for a return. He includes a photo of a crease in the card and claims I didn't disclose the damage in the auction.

Personally, I know this guy creased his card removing it from the case I sent it in. There is no other reasonable explanation and it didn't go through eBay authentication because of the sale price.

Instinct says best to just refund him and block him to avoid negative feedback. Is that the best option?
