Auction House Catalogues - Future
I was doing a basement cleanout over the weekend and came across a box of old auction catalogues. This was an exact conversation with my wife:
W - "Wow, these are neat. Almost like looking back at history" Me - "Definitely (looking at pictures)" W - "When did they stop mailing catalogues? 5, 10 year ago?" Me - "Ummmm, they still do" W - "What?!?" She couldn't believe they still mail out catalogues and thought for sure they went the way of the Sears Roebuck catalogues. This got me thinking, will they ever stop in this age of online shopping? Or will one stop and the others will follow suit? Food for thought.
