As far as the cards go, from the images provided they look authentic. The E91 sets were all machine cut...it seems possible your cards were hand cut from a sheet?
And of course it is blasphemy in my soul to try to make them more even. They were not strip cards, designed to be cut into individual cards. I think the way they are helps document their prior sheet existence. As far as grading, I have no clue.
