Just listened to today's episode of SABRCast interviewing MLB Historian John Thorn. After the interview Rob Neyer announced that it will be the last episode of the podcast. It's been going for nearly 5 years...250 episodes. He did a good job of getting guests who were interested in 19th century baseball pretty frequently. John talked about the 19th century game today and Craig Brown was on recently to discuss Threads of Our Game. A lot of guests were authors promoting past or upcoming books.
I'm going to miss this podcast. If you have any suggestions for podcasts that cover the 19th century-WW2 baseball history (or baseball cards from the era!) please let me know. Always need something new for when I'm walking the dog. |
