The turnaround times will always be inconsistent, as volumes of orders are lumpy.
My feeling is the transparency on order status could be improved. I've waited a month after a FedEx tracking status showed signed by PSA, to "In Progress" in My Orders. I would rather see a new order status category added before "In Progress": 1) Received and then split "In Progress" into: 2) In Progress (in que) 3) In Progress (grading) I think this would help ease some concern and set better expectations. Might also cut down on customer service follow-up calls to PSA. |
