Thanks for the information - makes sense.
It's one thing to wonder about how things were released in vintage - i.e. what sort of packs did the '73 blue team checklists come in? - but as I try to work on modern master sets there are a lot more questions in terms of how many different ways was a product actually released, what sort of inserts did each format have (talking here about things like these checklists, ad cards, etc.), and so forth. It's actually more difficult, if perhaps a bit cheaper, to try to pull it all together with modern.
