For not even seeing a picture of the cards, this thread has some speculative advice.
#1 Yes....possibly but pictures would help. #2 PSA, BGS, or SGC. #3 No Depending on the the look of the cards, PSA is not always the best option. SGC is quite simply the easiest and quickest option. No kids will be born while you wait for your SGC cards to return. I guess if you enjoy sending your cards and waiting until your 3rd child is born then maybe send them west.
