Will PSA get back to grading non-national submissions?

Will PSA get back to grading non-national submissions?

I sent in a card over a month ago. It started it's process 30 days ago and got to level 4 in the process, then....nothing

Did their entire staff go to the national? Will they get back to those submissions that weren't turned in at the National?

Frustrating..
