All the dozen or so legit ones I viewed on the web had that border defect. But then again, here are images of a recent Ebay group lot of reprints that also have that defect. Note the positioning of the 'W517' on the bottom left border, and how the card seen in the OP is extra narrow there. But the sepia color of the reprints seems suspiciously similiar to the the example shown on the right above. So I am a little confused. My vote without seeing it in person is reprint, but dang, without researching I believe an example like seen in the OP would have a shot at fooling me in person, provided that the smell, touch weren't too far off and if the back looked decent enough.
