Bummer your buyer backed out. I wanted to mention that you can replace individual hybrid battery cells in the Prius that have failed, instead of getting a whole battery replacement. Should cost in the hundreds of dollars instead of thousands. Maybe you can check if there is anyone in your area that does it. Can be done yourself, but I'm sure it's a hassle. Good luck!
