Just to provide further clarification, there are two different sets of charges.
Mr. Lindberg was convicted in March 2020 of conspircy and bribery charges stemming from trying to bribe the NC insurance commissioner ( https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/found...tant-convicted). He was sentenced to 87 months. In June 2022, that conviction was thrown out on appeal due to the trial judge giving wrong instructions to the jury. A retrial is still pending.
Yesterday, Mr. Lindberg was indicated on a 2 billion dollar fraud scheme related to the financial investing of his insurance companies. This is a new set of charges. He could face up to 20 years for these charges according to the DOJ linked in post #2.
As Bob stated, none of these charges are directly related to Beckett as far as I am aware other than Mr. Lindberg's group being the owner of Beckett.
