W601 Chicago AL NM with Optional Mat

Offered here is a 1903-1905 near mint Sporting Life Premium of the Chicago American League Team also known as the White Sox. Like almost all this premium came out of a factory album and has the binding holes on the side but otherwise is quite nice with excellent color, clarity and centering. The item is 13" wide x 14 " tall. The premium features nineteen members of the club, led by future Hall of Famer and star hurler Ed Walsh. All players depicted (with the exception of Danny Green in his final season) were members of the White Sox championship season the following year, defeating the Cubs in the 1906 World Series. This is a great piece of a championship ball club. This offering comes with an optional black carboard mount which is 16" x 20" and gets you halfway to a framed piece. The mount is optional and is not attached but is included if desired. The opening on the mount is 10 1/2" x 13 1/2". Great piece and fantastic example for a White Sox or old baseball collector.
