It is one of at least 6 other cards on the same sheet that have similar back defects. They are scarce but recurring. They are all pictured and discussed in the long variations thread in post war. Collecting all the affected cards is challenging but the cards have little hobby recognition except among passionate variant collectors at this time and do not sell for any premium. As someone said to
most collectors they are just defects in the card. I am rooting for the OP to make them famous. If PSA can recognize a green smudge in the ball on the back of the 61 Fairly as a variation I guess anything is possible
