I appreciate them trying clear up the ambiguity of the current A grade. It's a problem that has needed to be addressed. Adding more information behind the grade is a move in the right direction.
The new design isn't a knockout though. Maybe the additional info could be moved to the back of the label? Or a QR code takes you to a page that explains the grade even further? There, they could include grader notes, or even an image that circles the specific area on that card that was altered. I'm sure that takes more time and resources, requiring extra fees, but while the card is in their hands under scrutiny, tell us more about what they see. *I've never submitted cards for grading, but occasionally buy them as a casual collector
