Default Value Question - Huge All Star Game Banner

I have a huge 45" x 66" banner from the 2002 Milwaukee All Star Game - the famous Bud Selig tie. It hung at the hotel where I worked at the time, which had league people booked for All Star weekend. I also have the hat I wore.

I am downsizing my collection and considering how these might fit in. I don't collect this type of stuff so I am curious if anyone can provide any guesses on value.

The bottom and top of the back of the banner have a white strip that is the soft side of velcro, so that is how it would be hung up. It is a soft synthetic material with good colors and in great condition.

Thanks in advance!
