how to complain or ban a user?
Hi, i have recently have had a terrible experience from a user on here that I purchased a baseball card from and he never responded back. Never sent a tracking number. he finally got back to me and is asking for more money and he'll refund me the original. which makes no sense. how do i get this user banned?
