Yep, as Howard pointed out, Ebay made a change not that long ago with the data in their page source, making it harder to get at the OBO price. VCP around that time started using the BIN price for those sold listings. 130 point is still displaying the actual price on OBO listings (thought I'm not sure how they are getting that data).
