I own around 10 full sheets now and have owned maybe 20 total and still have no real way to value them correctly. Each sheet is different because of how rare it is, rookie cards, error versions, is the best card on a beat up sheet untouched, and many other variables.
Saying that on your sheet I would figure out value of each individual card in the condition it is in and then double that for a starting point.
