Default SOLD: 1920's H&B Ty Cobb 40TC Bat

FS: 1920's Hillerich & Bradsby 40TC Ty Cobb retail bat. 35" and weight is 33 oz. Stampings are all pretty nice, especially Cobb's signature. This bat has seen game use---at what level and by whom is anyone's guess. Back of barrel has some layering from repeated ball contact, secured with a handful of nails. Handle is cracked and has one screw (bat is still fairly solid nevertheless). Minor clamp marks near the crack. The knob has a small chip, which is a lot less noticeable with the Cobb style tapered knob. Overall a fantastic bat, great patina and displays well.

Price: $SOLD

PM or email with interest.
